Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account and joining the World Cup 2026 Prediction Game (the "Game"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not take part.

2. Who can take part

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must be a member of a partnered Discord community. Access to the Game is granted through that membership.
• One account per person. Extra accounts are not allowed.

3. How it works

You predict the scores of football matches before they kick off. You earn points based on how close each prediction is to the real result, and a leaderboard ranks every player by total points. Predictions for a match lock at kickoff and cannot be changed afterwards.

4. Free to play, not gambling

The Game is completely free. There is no entry fee and no purchase of any kind. You place no stake, bet, or wager, and you risk no money. Winning depends on your skill in predicting football results, not on payment or chance. The Game is a free prize competition based on skill. It is not betting or gambling, and it is not connected to any betting or gambling service.

5. Prizes and eligibility

• The advertised prize pool is shared among the leading players, following the prize table shown inside the Game.
• Before any prize is paid out, we verify each winner through a partnered Discord community, including age (18+) and active membership. Winners may be asked for reasonable proof of identity and age.
• A winner who cannot be verified, who used more than one account, or who broke these Terms may be disqualified, and the prize may move to the next eligible player.
• Prizes are paid only to the verified winner and cannot be swapped or transferred.

6. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, create more than one account, use bots or automated tools, or manipulate the Game. To keep things fair, we record limited technical signals to detect duplicate or fraudulent accounts (see the Privacy Notice). We may remove any player and void any result or prize where we reasonably believe these Terms were broken.

7. The Game is provided as is

We aim to keep the Game running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause, or end the Game when reasonably needed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the Game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always shown in the Game, and continuing to play means you accept it.
